Terms of Service

By placing an order, booking a Qurbani package, or otherwise using this website (idealfarms.net), you agree to the following simple terms.

Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different package or future order if cancellation happens at least 14 days before Eid. Closer to Eid, slot changes are subject to availability.

Pricing

Early-bird prices are valid only while early-bird stock lasts. Prices listed on the Qurbani 2026 page are inclusive of slaughter, basic cuts, packing and delivery within 5 km of Khokhar Market, Lahore. Custom cuts, vacuum-sealing, or extra processing may be charged separately.

Delivery

We aim to deliver Qurbani meat on the same day as slaughter. Daily orders (meat, eggs, milk) are delivered the same day, typically within a few hours. Delivery may be delayed during Eid days due to high volume — we will keep you informed on WhatsApp.

Halal Practice

All slaughter is performed by trained hands following Islamic principles. If you wish to be present at the time of Qurbani, please coordinate with us in advance. We can perform Qurbani on your behalf and send you a confirmation if requested.

Quality & Returns

If you are unhappy with the quality of your delivered meat, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (with a photo where possible) and we will replace or refund the affected portion at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of meat that has been kept outside refrigeration.
